Personnel

Security will be staffed by an on-site security manager and highly trained officers.  The manager will attend all relevant meetings (e.g., EOC, Disaster Planning) and be responsible for all security matters. Our personnel is always supported by the corporate staff in Los Angeles.

Intervention training

As a certified MABPRO® provider, AllHealth Security can provide one of the most effective training programs for teaching security and hospital staff early recognition of potentially violent behavior, intervention techniques and appropriate reactions to an in-process violent situation.  AllHealth provides sessions to hospital staff annually.

Technology and parking assessments

AllHealth has partnered with TRL Systems which specializes in CCTV, access control, GPS/RFID, infant/child abduction monitoring systems, and visitor/vendor management systems.  Corporate Services Group is our partner for parking management solutions.

Drills

We will organize and conduct annual drills to validate organizational competency in critical emergency response procedures such as code silver, code orange and bomb threats.  These drills are in addition to the code pink drills performed by the security manager.

Incident reporting

Standardized incident reports will be available quarterly across all AllHealth hospital clients to identify trends, benchmark performance and identify best practices.  Potential systems include PPM 2000 and Report Exec.

Quality surveys

Quarterly Satisfaction Surveys based on input from various hospital department heads will be conducted and the results shared with client leadership through quarterly meetings to measure contract performance, validate expectations and adjust scope of service as necessary. (See Attachment 3.)

Annual security assessments

Annual basic assessments of the security environment will be performed to include access control, ED, labor and delivery and compliance with AB 508.

Surge staffing

AllHealth Security has expertise and resources to provide comprehensive short-term security staffing solutions, having supplied hospital-trained strike force staffing to HASC member hospitals on short-term notice.

Annual Security Conference

These conferences address key topical issues faced by hospitals, such as the recent conference on Minimizing the Risk of Violence in the Hospital Setting.
